None of the wait staff smiles at this place. I had a Western omelette that was cooked in some gross oil and was too salty. The potatoes were dry, and so was the toast (even though I didn't order it that way). There was no host, and also no sign that said seat yourself. I watched a couple walk out because it took too long to get service, and then a waitress started to make a smart comment but stopped herself. It's obviously time for a management change.

The food is good but the bartender is the rudest! She told me that I was rude because I sat at the bar for a minute while they wiped off my table. She talks down to her colleuges and is just plain nasty to everyone. I didn't catch her name but she very petite and usually wears her hair in pigtails. The negativity from her rolls over to the staff. She would not work for me and I highly suggest someone evaluate her position. I fly in to Tampa about every other week and it's a struggle because I like the food and like sitting at the bar but she has ruined that for me here. Avoid the pigtailed bartender!!!

we got burgers and fries to go and the person who waited on us was the rudest most awful person. Burger was just okay. Sweet potato fries were great.

Had efficient and friendly service, very good fish sandwich. My kids were pleased with the kids hot dogs, and it was plenty of food for big kids. The prices are high, but I kind of expect this in an airport. I've been to the Rumfish at the C gates which was far slower and nasty service, so I plan to hit up Shula's from now on.

I have never had a problem with the quality of the food or service here.

If you are worried about making your flighr, get your ticket when your food arrives. If you think you might want another drink before you leave pay for it ahead of time. Don't fault the restaurant for service because you did not leave enough time.

It IS a bit pricey, but this is an airport. I travel alot and the prices are par for the course.

I have had several different burgers and I have also tried the grilled chicken caesar salad. I enjoyed every one of them.

I have been here for breakfast and although I am not a fan of their style of bacon Kama I have no complaints about their breakfast

. If your departing gate 38 or 39 this is definitely the place for you to have a beer and a meal and then enjoy your flight
