Came without some of order..when phone back was told would bring missing food up till now not recieved it even though was paid for

I don't even want to talk about it..If I could I'd give it 0 stars. We are regular customers and we have been ordering from this place every weekend for 11 years! We have had about 10 issues about them placing orders on the phone and yet we have still kept coming back to them. So about 2 weeks ago we placed an order for a pizza and a chicken strippers meal. So we were waiting for quite a while until we had enough. We called them telling them we've been waiting for an hour! They said they were on the way and to give them 2 minutes. So we did. Another hour passed! We called them AGAIN! They told us that the chicken strips had run out! What an unprofessional service. 1- They could of told us when we called an hour ago
2- What kind of food place runs out of food!
So we waited for 15 minutes until we decided to walk it there! We shouldn't have to walk to the place for a delivery!! So they apologised and we took our pizza and we decided to cut of the chicken strippers meal. So when we got home we opened the pizza box and surprise surprise! The pizza was the complete opposite of what we ordered. Please do not come to this place I beg you!

the service is not even acceptable. I called to make an order, and the guy taking my order said "can you be quick, i need to get back and eat" whilst i was in the middle of picking my toppings, but i ignored him and just continued and then i asked him to wait a minute so i can ask my colleague what he wanted with his pizza then again, the guy taking my order "said can you be quick and hurry someone on the line" which is quite rude as we get our lunch from there at least once a week, so i said to the guy i don't appreciate being spoken to like that especially when i'm buying food and asking questions about what you do, then the guy said he is the manager so stop complaining and just make your order! i said i wasn't going to order from them again, then he goes "we will see".

Was in Birmingham from London and I needed a place to grab some food quickly, so I walked into this place, I haven't had the food yet to say anything about the food but I have been waiting for the last 1hour and 10 min for the food. I'm still waiting while I type this. I believe I have never ever waited that long for food so if you consider trying the food pleases bare in mind it might take few years for you to even see the food. 😠😡😡😠😠😠😡😡😠😠😡
