A chef with a firm grip on his art (coming from a ex head chef-good god try the pies!)

Great beer, no drama and comfortable surroundings-get yourself to the bridge immediately

Fantastic pub. Very friendly staff, and great selection of beers, especially local ones. No stupidly loud music, so especially great for meeting and chatting with friends. Reasonably priced. Not swarmed with students, too!

Food really good. Staff very helpful. There was an issue with my food which got sorted out straight away. Ate there with a few friends who also highly recommend the food - vegetarian pie and gluten free pizza

One of my favourite places. Definitely my favourite pub. Without question. Great atmosphere, brilliant staff. Fantastic Sunday roasts!! (Other food is great too, but the Sunday roasts are next level) It's just ace.

Great pub. Good beer and nice food. Great location on the river with plenty outdoor seating in the sun on the bank or in the shade under the trees. Inside the upstairs is lovely old pub with wood panels and downstairs a little more trendy. Would highly recommend a visit!
