Great little gym with friendly staff, Tony is a gem. Very warm pool with regular tots and aquafit classes.

Awesome Place. Diverse range of classes. All the latest equipment in the gym. A nice pool with sauna and steam room to relax in after work out. Staff are all friendly and you can get a fitness programmes tailored for you inthe gym. I definitely recommend this to folks to come get the Capitol Fitness experience first hand. :)
