If you want to have a really good experience; one that sorts out all your body's aches and pains and can at times make you feel so relaxed that you are in danger of dozing off. If what I have said appeals to you then you cannot do better than visit Shona McDiarmid at Balanced Lifestyle. She is amazing and truly professional and I just want to thank Shona so much for the help that she has been. I've been to a number of massage professionals over the years but Shona is the best.

Beautiful calm surroundings, friendly staff and a spacious, elegant treatment room. I love my regular massage from Shona, she works wonders on my aches and pains and I come out feeling on cloud 9. I really recommend Balanced Lifestyle, it's been a real gem of a find for me.
