Not all Michelin stars are equal, Abantal comes close but perhaps still has a little way to go. The fish and seafood stands above the meat, the starters above the mains. None of the desserts our table tried had the finesse of the earlier dishes.
Probably the best food in Seville, but if you're a seasoned Michelin star customer than this may not have the same high consistency across all dishes that you'll have come to expect. Very close to being great, just shy of it.

Great Michelin star restaurant with the style of service you come to expect. The food was very well presented and very well prepared. There were no overpowering flavours but delicate, subtle and an altogether well balanced mouthwatering experience. The Mango Canelloni White Chocolate Mousse was unbelievably moorish. Very reasonable value too.

Had a good night here. Some dishes were amazing, others missed a last touch in my view. For instance, the baby shrimp lacked a crunchy element to balance the raw shrimp texture. A few of the wines for the wine parring wasnt a good fit either. That being said other dishes were amazing. Overall lots of potential and for €90 a person for 12 dishes incl wine its a bargain compared to other cities.
