Terrible. Phoned for a cab. They said “fine”. Phoned after 20 minutes. “It will be 10 minutes” phoned after 15 minutes and they said “there isn’t one coming”. Er. Maybe you could have told me that 49 minutes ago! At which point they denied it had been that long. Ended up walking for half an hour and flagging down a cab.

Horrible experience. Ordered a taxi, they told us it will be 10 minutes. Called again after ten minutes, they told us it will take another 10 minutes. We called another time after 10 minutes passed and they just hung up on us. Do yourself a favor and walk to a taxi stand instead!

Terrible! It's a shame that in Mallprca such a shity taxi call service! You can NEVER reach them! It's irritating! People can't get out from home for hours! Are you serious? I think local government is in fiesta or siesta so they don't notice this terrible things here!

Worst Taxi Company. Apart from the fact that if they say they come in 10 minutes they come in usually 20-30 or not at all. If they do come, they wait one minute maximum two or three. Should you not be there, they will leave and they will block your telefon number so you cannot order taxis anymore or ever again. This is crazy but hilarious.... Sadly they wont go out of business for these practices, they deserve to go bankrupt treating customers like this, dont get me started about the actual taxi drivers.....
