The hotel is quiet simple but the comfort is there. It's also really well placed, so can start your visit in Bilbao without taking a bus or the metro.

Nice hotel with great location close to the train station. About a 6 min walk which was great since we had a 630am train headed out. Lots of stores nearby and easy to walk around. Museum and other points of interest just aren't that far. Great location. Rooms are pretty good as well. Spacious, with a desk etc. Maybe bathrooms could be a bit better?

I would stay here again.

Nice location near the old-town and a short walk along the river to the Guggenheim museum. Room had all the necessary commodities including WIFI and shampoo for the shower.

The hotel is well situated in Bilbao. It's close to the train station, several metro stations, the river, and the Guggenheim. There are bikes for rent as well. The lobby is comfortable and spacious. The room has a classic feel to it. There was a moderate amount of noise as you would expect from an urban hotel. The beds were comfortable, and the stay was overall pleasant.
