I have always had a very nice overall experience with Alpha Rent a Car. Unlike most Pakistani rental companies they work on International standards. You always get a car which is clean and in perfect working condition, not to forget with a full tank of fuel. The staff is courteous and helpful towards the customer. I haven't found a better car rental service in Islamabad.

I was referred to Alpha Rent a Car from another very satisfied customer. I called on the number given on their website and booked an appointment. I was welcomed when I reached their office and did not have to wait at all. Everyone who greeted me at the office was very polite and professional. The whole process of signing papers to renting the car was very well documented and smooth. The car itself was in great condition and Alpha Rent A Car made a complete video of the interior and exterior of the car. This gave me comfort that they are aware of the cosmetic damage to the car and that I won’t be cheated. All payment was upfront plus a security deposit and I received the car with a full tank of fuel. They were very flexible in terms of time and upon return of the car, to my surprise, the whole process again went very smoothly. Luckily there was no damage caused to the car by me and the handing back process went by smoothly and I received my entire deposit back immediately without any hindrance. I would like to insist that such service and integrity are a rare quality in businesses in Pakistan and I would highly recommend Alpha Rent A Car if you are looking to rent within Islamabad/Rawalpindi. Alpha Rent A Car are doing a great job so please reciprocate that and don’t take advantage of their honesty and integrity. Thanks,
