Room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, moldy peeling wallpaper, very dirty slimy windows.with old tape on it...I felt dirty after being in the room and didn't want to touch anything. Breakfast was really bad - and I've lived in SEA for 7 years. That said, the staff was very nice and the location was perfect.

Excellent place in the middle of Yangon. Very friendly staff and good rooms. There is also a complimentary breakfast. Situated close to Shwedagon pagoda and Suley pagoda and many other tourist attractions. Highly recommended.

It is in convinieyant place , tariff reasonable,clean,break fast will be given,good hotel staff
