Salmon pieces were ok, tuna was terrible to the point that we didn't eat them, and we love sashimi. When I mentioned it only at the end, politely and with a smile, he became very defensive, no apologies and started telling me how it is the best tuna one can buy. I could only laugh. Two stars because the rest was OK.

Tendon is pretty good, I think it's better then sushi. If you like tempura you can try that here
