Such a wonderful stay at this lovely design hotel! This is a rare gem among city hotels, and certainly among hotels in Munich! The location is absolutely perfect, ten minutes walking and I was anywhere I wanted to be. My room was enormous, well-appointed with all the amenities and comforts a traveler would need, and had stunning views of the city from the private balcony! The bed was super comfy, but the best feature was the giant bathroom with adjustable infrared lighting! Just a lovely hotel in Munich, I can’t recommend it enough.

Overall a great stay. The hotel is beautiful and you couldn't ask for a better location. Located literally a few steps from the U-bahn and some great shops and restaurants, it was the perfect centralized place to be. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed and the staff was exceptional. Breakfast was impressive, with hot items like eggs being made to order rather than sitting in a chafing dish for hours, plus a wide assortment of the traditional meats, breads, cheeses, fruit and cereals. If there was a downside? The central location made for a lot of street noise late at night, no matter which side of the hotel you were staying on. It often didn't quite down until 2:00 am or so. I spent both nights with my pillow over my head to dry to drown it out. So bring a pair of ear plugs for the ultimate experience!

Front desk was very helpful when asking about how to travel around the city. The rooms were very neat and well kept. The only criticism I really had were that the elevator was tiny so often had to wait for other people (very minor inconvenience). It can be a little difficult to spot the entrance when you are coming from the train station (west), just know that the hotel sits above the restaurant at the end of the block. The location is extremely convenient for hopping on any train and it was the perfect middleground between exploring Munich and going to Oktoberfest.

Stylish, classy hotel with friendly staff, a great restaurant and conveniently located for central Munich and the station. Clean, well-maintained rooms, with comfortable and attractive furnishing. The level of English of all staff was superb: shielding them from my German! And the bar? There were several *pages* of gins, alone... We couldn't have had a better stay. They even offered us a bottle of water on checkout to get us through the hot day!
