AMBIENT Hotel COLINA

Nettes, sauberes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück (Buffet mit erstaunlich viel Aufschnitt und Obstsalat, etc.). Liegt etwas versteckt und nicht ganz so zentral, bis zur Ubahn läuft man etwa 15 Minuten durch Neuperlach. Personal war immer freundlich, die Zimmer sind nicht so supermodern. Für den Preis kann man allerdings auch kein Hilton erwarten, außerhalb der Oktoberfestsaison ist das für Münchner Verhältnisse denke ich ok. Das Hotel wurde auch viel von Handwerkern besucht, war aber alles sehr ruhig. Fazit - wer eine günstige Unterkunft sucht und kein Problem mit der Lage hat, kann es gut im Ambient Hotel Colina aushalten.

Good hotel! Quiet and cozy. I stayed here for one week. The only problem is not everyone speaks english :) But it's just funny ) A local shop and restaurant are very close (less 50 m). Subway station is just 1.3 km.

Ambient Hotel Colina is your punishement for not having booked another hotel earlier.

I am there now and this is what I am getting for 130 Euro a night:

- Pungent and mouldy + old smoke smell in my (non-smoking) room
- Mouldy smell bedsheets
- Vintage TV, reissue 1972
- Time limited Internet access (need to be claimed at reception otherwise you don't get it)
- Location without any close subway access. Lucky that I had a GPS to find my way with metro, bus and walk.
- Suburb area. Dead.

Positive points:
- Hot water
- Hangers in the cupboard

Sauberes Hotel mit wenig Chame, aber gutem Fühstück (leider nur von 7.00 bis 9.30 Uhr). Zimmer alt aber okay. Preis zum Oktoberfest 130€.
