The service is okay, but they let you fill out additional paperwork every once in a while just to make sure that you have sent the information to them as a triple copy (and as by German law they are not allowed to give your data to other offices so you need to fill it there again)

Very good service, people are helpful, help internationals to understand how the organization works. One bad point is that opening time is not convenient for students
