I just read one of the bad reviews someone gave them and felt compelled to respond - in the same language (sorry - exhausted from writing in German). I'm not a bot from India, like that guy said, and yes, the treatment was expensive, but it was also thorough. They also told me how much things would cost (and when in doubt, you can just ask - it's not like they run tests without telling you first). Furthermore, I have a medical background and found all the diagnostic tests appropriate. When a cat isn't eating, there are lots of things that can be wrong, and you can't just ask the cat what the matter is. Of course they examined her first, but that too only tells you so much. Sometimes you just have to run some tests, and they ran the correct ones. Hypertropic Cardiomyopathy, which is what my cat has, is diagnosed by echocardiocardiography (ultrasound of the heart), which is what they did. Same deal with her ileocecal valve inflammation. You can always tell them what your budget is and ask what your alternatives are. And yes, sometimes nothing turns out to be wrong with the cat - great! My previous vet only took blood from my other cat a couple of times and ordered no other tests, even though the cat kept getting thinner and thinner. She just gave me a vitamin paste and told me to change her food. When she was down to skin and bones, she told me she probably had tumors and would die. A simple ultrasound would've shown this, and maybe it could've been treated. By the time I took her to this vet, it was too late, and they were shocked when I told them the story and called our previous vet and yelled at her. Thanks to them, our other kitty is still with us and is now under proper care. It was worth every penny.

DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!! They will be 2x as expensive as anyplace else!
This is a perfect example of how things turn out if you let private equitie firms run Healthcare. they LOVE Veterinary medicine and places like this are the reason. If you enter these doors be sure to bring cash.. and a lot of it!
They are going to run all the tests they can, use all the expensive machines they have and find 1000 things that could be wrong and give them a reason to do all the tests again and use all the machines a second time.
everybody are sooo nice and concerned but its all a show they put on to rip the cash from you. In the end you don't get any professional advice more than "I would like to run some more tests to be sure"
After 2 days and 1000€ we took our cat someplace else and now she is fine.
People giving this place 5-stars are ether BOTs from India, working here or people in Ugg-boots giving Caesarean birth to dogs with breathing problems .
Shame on you!

We came with our dog. He had been vomiting and they gave him three injections against it, than they decided to make an x ray and then a blood test. Which in total costs about three hundred. Unfortunately it was all on the weekends and we could not come to our vet. On Monday we came to our vet and he first of all checked the excrements which was much cheaper and more obvious and gave us a result that it was an infection. So that clinic seemed to get a lot of money from us without any result.

They did a good job calming my cat (and me) down.

This was a very unprofessional VET and it was a horrible experience for our dog. For more than a month our dog was misdiagnosed after suggesting to the doctor that the underlying problem was in fact what I had thought it was all along. The doctor also was not treating a condition and when I confronted the doctor she was telling me that she "forgot" to tell me that she was giving her medicine and forgot to write it down. It was extremely expensive and our dog could have lost her life if it were not for another VET that was a lot better in treatment and overall care. Sadly this Vet was at times very rude, and I have a feeling extremely expensive. We also had a friend whose cat had an operation and because a mistake by the surgeon had to get the leg amputated. Overall I urge people to avoid this VET. The doctors were sometimes unpleasant and also did not explain everything sometimes which was frustrating. It was pricey but our dog could have lost her life.
