I would highly recommend Shawn for acupuncture and cupping. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I have experienced several benefits in the short time I've been seeing him.

Very effective treatment! I have been receiving acupuncture treatment from Sungwoon Shawn Tjen for a couple of months and am pleased with the results. Shawn is careful to understand my health concerns and reviews my progress at each session in order to adapt the treatment to suit my needs. He is gentle with the needles and explains the process clearly every time. The treatment has helped restore balance and energy, and alleviate pain and discomfort. I will continue to visit Shawn on a less frequent basis to maintain the equilibrium and strength he has helped to restore.

Glenn is a great physio. Listen to your concerns and take time to address them. Too bad that he's only there after 3pm except summertime and I'm only available in the morning.

I visited this practice with an incredibly sore neck and limited mobility. After just one visit I was amazed that my pain was completely relieved, and can now turn my head 90 degrees in in the directions. The staff have been super friendly, and the treatment highly effective. This place is the real deal for anyone thinking of visiting a chiropractor.

I have never been to a physiotherapist before and decided to visit Backs In Action as I recently sprained my ankle and my colleagues from work recommended this place. I'm so glad that I did! It has a convenient location with friendly, professional staff. I expect to have a speedy recovery.
