Absolutely amazing assistance through a very tough situation. I had to have my dog euthanized (old age, congestive heart failure). All the staff were so sensitive & caring and went the extra mile to ensure I had made the right decision.
A week later I received a sympathy card in the mail from the staff.
I am so impressed with the care my little dog received I will not hesitate to take my other dogs there.
The fees were also very reasonable and not over-priced like some Vet Clinics I have encountered in Kelowna.
