Reasonable price, 24 hour access, not too busy - it's not the greatest gym, but it's friendly and not overly testosterone fueled.

Good gym, lots of equipment (i mean lots of equipment ). Large floor layout with ample cardio machines.
Could do with better Olly plates and platform but handsdown one of the best gyms ive been to!!

Perfect for the beginner. Not sure where to start or for the serious trainer looking for a place to train with ample equipment. By far the best gym in and around the Hervey Bay Area.
