Have made two
appointments for an elderly man who cares for his wife to have follow up surgery after having a growth cut out of his knee. The first time he was told they were too busy and the second one today arrived to find the Dr (who had made the appointment herself)) was not working today?????
No sorry for the inconvenience of having to make sure there was someone at home to look after his wife! And not only that but he was even shafted by his regular GP without his permission because the GP was overloaded with patients.
Not good enough Grant Street😡😡😡😡😡I as their daughter wish they'd change practices!
