9/24/2013 Worst customer service of all bank franchises.

I was a Teller when it was still first Union, and then, Wachovia. I went there today on my lunch to have a document notarized, two signatures needed. As a courtesy to their customer they will notarize, but the notary refused to notarize the other signature because he did not have an account there. Where's the courtesy? "As a courtesy to [their] customer" as the, only notary there that day, said, would have been to extend that courtesy and notarize the other name/person on my document. It was an important document that I despretely needed notarized, We both had our ID's. Wachovia NEVER use to turn away customers in that way. Courtesy would have been extended. I am a customer and my document is Wells Fargo CUSTOMER's document. Why is that so hard to grasp?

I'm still fuming. The notary turning her back AT me completely ruined my transaction AND voided my document BECAUSE I needed it at that exact moment for a business.

What made the experience worst was the fact that she was dismissive and short with me, as if I was disrupting her. I know that we, when I was still an employee, get rated through the Gallop Poll. She is THE worst! Horrible customer service. Just rude! "No, I can't do it." was that she said!
