The hotel was lovely. We stayed on the fifth floor. The beds and room was nice. The roof top pool was cool. The food from the Shula restaurant was tasty. Nothing was too far to us to get to from here. Overall a must go back.

We've had 2 group meetings a year at this hotel over the past 6 year period. We've always been pleased with the sales and catering department. They are always very responsive and helpful and our meetings come off with out a hitch. The location is excellent in relation to the airport and local dining. The guest rooms are very nice and always extremely clean and well stocked. I plan to continue staying at the InterContinental Tampa and hosting events there for many years to come.

This is by far the best hotel I have been to outside of The Ritz Carlton. The customer service and professionalism were excellent. The front desk manager made this stay extremely special for me. He noticed that I had surgery and made sure I was taken care of by staff. The catering manager was very helpful in suggesting restaurants with the same level of service. The room was extremely clean. I can't go without mentioning Room Service and Housekeeping kudos to them as well.

Great service. I spend 1 night and it was wonderful. The bed was good. I had a very deep sleep. Check out at noon, other hotels 10am. Also, they help me with a late check out 1pm cause i fall asleep .It has a little bit of new carpet smell but its ok cause it was recently remodel . Great decorations to take memorable pictures. Floor 9 room 911 great view. I do recommend this for the price is good.

A very nice hotel. Room is regular sized for this price point. I feel the property is better appointed and the room decor is better than most hotels at this price. The feel is more upscale for a reasonable price. The mattress is large and comfortable. TV in the room very large. My only complaint is that like most hotels these days the air conditioning thermostat is some sort of social experiment to placate the customer, pretty much no matter what temperature you choose it sits around 76 degrees in the room. But this is the norm these days. It is currently Aug 2016 and there is construction ongoing at the property, but I was not bothered by noise. Room was quiet and comfortable, however could have had better temperature control.
