The doctors are good but the counter girls are so nasty. Keep in mind there is a long wait time when you sign in even in you are the only one in the office.

Staff is VERY rude! I was a new patient, went to the new facility, signed in, etc. The spanish lady asked for my insurance card, i was looking for it, she told me i needed to complete paperwork, which is expected. Well, while i was looking for my insurance card that she needed, she says "I need you to look at me" like I was a first grader. I gave her this look and then she said please and went over my paperwork. The blonde white girl was very rude too. I got such poor service, i immediately canceled my appointment and decided to go to another place.

Very clean office and really friendly staff. I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving and the doctor was very knowledable and nice. I got attractive frames for a reasonable price. I would say it was a 100% positive experience!

I am mixed on the Eye Dr. I came here after reading the good reviews. Dr. Dowding is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and actually took the time to explain the results of the exam, showing what my eye images looked like and everything.

However, it's been four weeks, and I still have not received my contacts. I've called multiple times, and each time I was given a vague answer, merely saying that my contacts had not arrived yet. I was told that they would give me a call back, but they never called me back. I have been to many optometrists, and this is the first time that it has taken so long to receive contacts. It usually takes a few days. And to make it worse, they don't seem to care. It is such a waste because Dr. Dowding is great, but his uncaring staff really ruins it for him.
