Can't give it stars because this was the worst service I've ever had. It took over 30 minutes to get our food out then had to wait for the last bit. And ends up some of the order was wrong. Workers standing around talking and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Soda machines were out we told them and nothing was done. Soda spills in front of trash cans and my grandson almost feel when throwing away the trash. But yet they were all standing around talking. Mgr was running around like crazy. We've never experienced this here before. My son, in law even called ohio to speak to a live person he was so very frustrated. Very disappointing and closet was open with chemicals in it,as well.

It was okay. I ordered a Crispy Chicken BLT and only got lettuce on my sandwich, I thought that i would've got bacon and tomato on there but I didn't. Also, I seen workers preparing food without gloves. GROSS!

Clean, fast and they have never messed up my order. I eat here about once a week.

Everytime I go through this restaurant, I tell myself I won't be back. Today is it. Last 3 times, my order has been completely messed up. Today, I paid 9.43 for a double burger and fries and get home and it's a single. Lady in the drive through scowls at me Everytime I come through, doesn't say a word to me but just hands me my food and walks away from the window. I've seen them throw ice out of the drive through window, and then set the bucket on the ground.... Not sanitary. I will never be back to this restaurant and highly suggest upper management take a strong look at this location.
