Incredible, once again! Not only are they very thorough, they really DO care about their patients. I felt like a part of the family from the moment I first stepped in the door. They answered all of my questions and concerns. The staff is why makes this business awesome! You will NOT be disappointed!!!!

I love this place and every staff member. They know their business and speak truthfully about their services. Very proud to say I've taken my daughters, mother, and cousins to receive laser hair removal.

I read mixed reviews about this business, but I also knew that they offer various services, and did not let it hinder me.

I went in for laser hair removal. The Groupon price was fantastic, and during my second treatment I added on another treatment for $100 for unlimited sessions for one year. This entire area/procedure cost me roughly $265 total. Had I not had the Groupon deal + the technician's offer to add on another area for $100, I would have probably paid over $700 total.

They are very accepting, kind, and understanding. I was so embarrassed to take my clothes off for the technicians, but they have seen it all and made me feel so comfortable.

I love their opportunity for the loyalty program, the casual attitudes of the technicians as they perform the procedure, and that they seem to care about their patients.

One thing I was not expecting is that my first technician was not the same as the one I had at my second appointment.

All in all, I recommend them and I say give them a try if you are interested in laser hair removal. I cannot wait for my 3rd appointment. I am already seeing great results. So excited to see what I look like after 4-5 treatments.

I am a current customer with laser hair removal. My experience has been great! The staff is always nice and friendly. The spa is also nice and clean. It was my first time so I was a little hesitant and unsure of what to expect, but they made me feel comfortable. I would recommend this place to others.
