Booked a 5 seater taxi for 6.45pm. It didn't show so at 6.55 we rang again to be told sorry it was on its way. By 7pm it still hadn't shown up so rang again to be told sorry it's running late but would be there in a couple of minutes. My wife rang at 7.05 and said not to bother as we would sort alternative means of transport. What's the point of lying to us to the point that we'll never consider using this company ever again. We eventually arrived at our destination over half an hour late because of poor service.

Booked a taxi for one of our Nurses and got a great quote for a long journey - best quote from all the taxi's in Sunderland. Definitely will be using Five Star Taxi again. Thank you Lesley and your manager for helping us out.
