My cats have been visiting this vets for 15 years, since before stewarts owned it. when I was on holiday and my cat needed urgent attention my daughter was told he wasn't registered. I am extremely disappointed that there was no compassion, no empathy and my daughter was distraught. Will NEVER bring my pets here again.

I have been attending Stewart's for many years, starting in Dudley in the 1980's.
My pets and myself have been treated with the utmost respect and dignity during happy and very sad times.
I would happily recommend them to anyone and they have my eternal gratitude.

Had my dog of 19 years put down due to old age. Never a nice thing to do but was the right choice. Vet showed no respect for the situation at all. Laughing and joking. This may be a regular thing for him but to us it was very upsetting. Abit of empathy would of gone a long way.

veterinarian at this vets was absolutely rude and spoke to us with bad attitude, also told us was nothing wrong with our pet and it sadly passed away a day later, he needs to learn how to speak to the pets owners. Really dissapointed.
