This place is terrible, originally called and confirmed a booking for 2 for me and a friend I haven't seen for years. I then call to find out the same day my booking was not made and was offered the bar area only ! Woman who I spoke to a bad attitude and did not try to help the situation. Really bad customer service and after that I don't fancy trying there food at all not somewhere I want to give my money

Service was not that great. Waited for nearly 30 minutes for service. Service came and for our starter we ordered wings and ribs. When they came they looked good till i took a bite of the ribs. They were hot on the outside but frozen cold in the middle. For a restaurant that looks like it does you wouldn't expect them to be re preparing frozen food especially with how long the order took.

Decided to cancel the starter. The main was not even that great. I have had better food from my local Chinese take away were i pay less.

Will never go back there again.

Food was first class, our server Martin was very attentive and the wine was excellent and at a fair price. High quality seafood that was really fresh

Terrible Service. Rude and not Child Friendly.

Having in the last 15 minutes walked out of Henry Wongs in Harborne I felt compelled to leave this review. My 4 young children and I just walked in where we were greeted with a sigh. After noticing a bit of tension I asked whether "it was too late to eat", bear in mind its 1.25pm on Saturday. The woman replied "you have 5 minutes left to order" I agreed and then we we led to our table.The restaurant was empty apart from 1 family eating. The woman asked us to sit on a table suitable for 4 even though there was 5 of us. At this point I just said "leave it we will eat elsewhere".

I've been waiting a very long time for Chinese food this good. The food and service was great. We especially enjoyed the lively atmosphere.
