Has to be the worst medical centre ever you cant get an appointment 6 times I have rang in 1 week I ring at 8am asking for an appointment it take 40mins for them to answer their phone an when they get to me there is no appointment the people answering the phone are miserable , all I want is a new inhaler how bad can it be , I am now changing doctors I advise everyone else to do this to waste of time they wouldn’t see you it You was dying in front of them what a mess

Struggle to get an appointment even though I'm dialing the second the surgery opens, I'm so far down the queue!
The nurses though are amazing and when my daughter had to have a booster injection, they made it so easy

giving it a 3 as getting an appointment is really hard you have to ring at 8am and then you are 40th in a que and don't get an appointment also at 8 am I am getting 6 kids to school so it makes it hard for me. saying that the staff are so lovely and there is a nurse called sue who is fantastic I'm very needle phobic and I really don't like nurses (they have the needles lol) but sue is one of the nicest nurses I have ever met she was understanding and supportive and a real credit to the centre I hope she's always there.

I think they provide a good service but the appointment system is terrible
2 weeks for a appointment is scandalous and thats if your lucky enough to get one
We can look on the bright side i suppose
Its only gonna get worse
Oh and all you get is can you phone after 8
Errrrrm no because some of us do have to work for long hours and not got time for that
Oh and after having my bloods done recently i was indormed a doctor would ring me to discuss them
Surrrrrrppprise no doctor rang
