Fantastic first experience of yoga. Beautiful tranquil venue. A small class ensured superb attention to detail as I was encouraged and guided through each position. Judi had asked in advance about any medical issues and, as I had recently had surgery, suggested I got the go ahead from my consultant prior to attending classes and then during class ensured I only attempted moves that were safe for me. A sprinkling of anecdotes from Judi throughout the class added to the atmosphere of the teachings....I enjoyed this so much and left the class afterwards feeling uplifted. Looking forward to continuing my classes.
