Very unprofessional service. If one as unable to keep their initial promise they should offer few options to solve the problem and not order them down a single narrow path. Asking and telling is 2 different thing. Very poor service indeed never again will use services from here.

Very poor third class service. Wasted time already so keeping it short. Initially was told they do not have product in store so if I am ok picking it up next day lunch time, following day was told delivery has not come yet so went back following day only to be told that product is in but I will have to wait until I receive a phone call from pharmacy because they will have to get the prescription changed because brand name is different. Snatched the prescription off them and went to Lloyds down the road. Cowboys

The overall service is very good and I am very pleased with it and I hope that it continues in this way.

Farrow's Pharmacy opens at 7am, which is a fantastic asset as most other pharmacies around North Bradford don't open until 9am, and that can create problems for those of us who start work before 9am.
Farrows' pharmacy's 7am opening time means i can collect my essential medications and STILL be at work on time, which is a god-send to me personally, and no doubt for many other people aswell.
The staff are always polite, courteous, informative (when asked questions), helpful, friendly, and proofessional, and i would suggest Farrows' pharmacy to everyone who needs one.
