As a lover of Barry's I really wanted to like this and was excited to try it... But I really hated it. The work out was inconsistent, the trainer was shouting a lot and her English was at times incomprehensible. The place doesn't have that welcoming buzz that I was looking forward to and I felt no vibe. The studio and changing rooms are nice, just lacking in atmosphere and did not enjoy the workout.

Great full body workout with Sonya. From treadmill to strength training intervals, it was a sweaty and efficient 55 minutes.
The facilities are GORGEOUS! Luxurious, fully equipped, changing rooms with spa like qualities-bamford soap, complementary shower towels, hair ties, and cool digital locks (meaning you don't need coins or a lock).
In the end, all you need is your work out gear! Five stars for efficiency, customer service, and killer work outs.
