The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. It is located about one block from the number 15 tram, and you are easily connected to the whole city. My room was comfortable. You are within easy walking distance of ethnic restaurants and shopping.

Very good hotel, big room, with kitchen and very big windows. Breakfast room is a bit small and crowded. The location is the best, very close to the lake, the main street and the UN.

Really nice customer service. Nice room but no air-conditioning in any of the rooms! It was very warm. The morning food was good if not a bit spars for the amount of people eating. But over all a good stay!

Rooms very nice, elevators small but nice open steps, breakfast buffet limited food options.

Hotel is good. Well-located, clean. Clearly renovated a few times. Our bathroom door didn't latch shut.
