Fantastic place, views to die for, friendly staff, great bus service, cheap taxi... but... no aircon hence window open and damned neighbour's dog barked around 2pm for an hour and ruined night's sleep. If owner can get the dog silenced I would give this 5 stars.

It has gorgeous views to Bilbao and the mountains. Near the funiculer that can take you into town. Very clean. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Good for drivers.

The two restaurants are both closed on Sunday and Monday evening ridiculous!
