Really nice garden! Pretty central, good views. Main area of improvement needed : our bed was on a slant which made sleeping uncomfortable. Also would have preferred not to be given Ham automatically at breakfast.

Magnolia Hostel is a place where the traveller feels at home. It is one of the few spaces in Porto where the balance between common areas and privacy is just perfect. The best staff I know works here. You would be surprised with how much local knowledge they have.
Eveything here is made with lots of love and dedication. It's clean, cozy, with a garden on the back where you can have breakfast or simply just relax!

Me and my wife stayed here on our honeymoon and we didn't regret it at all.

It's good, cheap and really clean.

The kitchen doesn't have an oven, but it has a fridge, microwave and two induction stoves. It also has a lot of basic ingredients such as pasta, olive oil, salt, pepper, the options were a lot.

The common room is a very nice place, couches are comfortable and dining tables are good as well.

The breakfast was really nice, with cereal, coffee, milk, orange juice (not natural), jam, butter, cheese, ham and a lot of bread.

As for the staff, they are really nice and very helpful. We asked for a heater, because the room was starting to get cold, and they gladly lent us one. Since they are locals, they were very helpful with directions to touristic places.

We arrived by bicycle and they let us put them in the garden / patio with no kind of problems.

Overall, it's a great hostel, with really nice staff.
