Sie versuchen immer wieder, schon vorhandene Schäden einem unterzujubeln, um extra Geld zu kassieren! Ist mir mehrmals passiert, hatte aber Glück da immer raus zu kommen. Nie wieder Enterprise!

Auch wenn ein Mitarbeiter erzählt, dass es für ein paar Kilometer nicht notwendig ist, kommt anschließend ein Zweiter und kassiert für jeden Liter mehrere Euro.
Davon abgesehen gab es keine Probleme.

Not professional. Cannot keep their promises.

Booked the car almost 2 weeks in advance and asked specifically for a Ford or Mazda. Sure enough they gave me a Peugeot, which I already had an experience with it. I told them right away but all they answered was that this is the same class car and doesn't matter!

After 30 minutes waiting I find out that the car I booked in advance is not available. Such a shame, weekend is ruined.
