Nice building with great, comfortable seats, it provides latest movies with at convenient frequencies. It's problem that it doesn't offer movies in English, more expensive than other cinemas and no discount for students.

No love here. All the employees seem unhappy. DBox seats are loud and annoying. All the movies are in German unless you are fast enough to see them at launch. No love for cinema here just a capitalist consumerification, uninspired rehash of what was once a great cinema tradition. Even the fancy 3d projectors are often uncalibrated. Overpriced. Everything wrong with the modern cinema experience, and they only carry the disgusting braustübel beer.

What you'd expect from a cinema...
Sound and image are good. Seats have the usual comfort level. The mostly expensive snacks....

They do have a sneak preview every Wednesday night which is priced fair and fun. And some other special events like star wars nights etc.
