Don't pay them to do your health Canada forms. They messed up our application 3 times and it's cost us over $300 to keep getting new criminal record checks because they kept re-dating the applications. Such a waste of time and money and entirely their fault for not giving us the proper information or forms. Not only that but they take 2 weeks to call you back about anything. Really unimpressed.

Couldn't have found a better way to renew my Medical Cannabis. They helped me find a local doctor and have been super professional and prompt with responding. Thanks everyone at MCRCI!

I have been treated with respect, dignity and understanding.
When you have an illness small things can become big things and MCRCI personel have been stellar in providing solutions, answers as well as filling in forms and such to help me out.
A big thank you to all at mcrci for playing such an important role in my personal health and well being, and doing it so professionally.

My daughter had a renewal consultation with Dr. Roop Randawa Sept 16/16. He's great. The issue I have is with his support staff. You can never get anyone live on the phone, they don't return call or emails. We have yet to receive the prescription renewal and therefore can not order product from our licensed producer. My daughter relies on these products because she has a chronic illness. The admin support is awful, but unfortunately, we need the product. They don't have good customer service or follow up. Go somewhere where they care about the patients and not just making money!

It is better to save your $300 and put it towards medical marijuana. Save yourself money and do your own homework.

What a joke! Three weeks later and still no response! This organization is not organized at all! They don't follow-up with making an appointment after giving the documents to see a doctor, which they charge $300 for, in addition, they don't even return a medical doctors office phone calls after calling a number of times. The office closes down in the middle of the day with no return of any staff for the entire afternoon, when on the outside door a note says 'back in 30 minutes'. The office has two young ladies working on a shift at one time with a male. There should be someone in the office throughout the business hours.

When you look behind the information desk at where people sit, you can see the office is not well equipped and disorganized. The people who work their you can see the people who work in the office lack credentials.

I spoke to a number of ''medical dispensaries' and they said the organization was a place to be used from the past but they are not needed anymore and much of the information and letters you need can be done at nearly no cost.
