The woman doing my nails was on her phone for most of the time and ended up cutting into my cuticle badly enough that it didn't stop bleeding. Won't ever be going back here.

My 16 yr old went and got acrilic nails done and I did NOT like how they looked. They were thick and noticeably fake looking. Then my 16 & 17 yr old went together and I can still see how fake and thick they look on my 16 yr old, my 17 yr old was so unhappy with hers that she called me very upset. I called and said how horrible of a job was done that my daughter was coming back to have the nails removed and the money returned to her, they started to give me a hard time saying they would credit her, I said no, cash back or I was coming in. She went back, they offered to redo it or take them off and refund her money. My daughter had them redone and now her fingers look swollen and they still look shotty. I am NOT happy!
They majorly screwed up and wasted her time and didn't offer her a discount for disappointing her and ruining her planned pampering day. She is a mom of a month old baby and she wanted to treat herself to some pampering to make her feel good and they made her feel worse. I'm furious.
DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

They MANIPULATED my 17 yr old daughter by not following MY orders to remove the nails and give her money back. Now that they "fixed" the nails, her knuckles near the nails are all swollen, it's almost 1am and she is in so much pain that she wants to pull them off. She can't hold her baby without excruciating pain. I am FURIOUS!!
ATTN MANAGEMENT: MY DAUGHTER WILL BE IN SOME TIME AFTER 5 (WHEN IM OFF WORK) TO HAVE THE NAILS REMOVED AND HER MONEY RETURNED. NO ONE SHOULD BE GOING THROUGH THIS MUCH PAIN, ESPECIALLY NOT A CHILD!!

Called for a last minute appointment. They gave me a time, I went and had a great pedicure.
Would definitely go back.

Worst nail place I have ever been to. My pedi was great the girl was perfect but then when it cam to my mani it was a disaster. She tried cutting my nails and ended up splitting them. I figured she might have been in training which is fine. The owner told her to move and get up and took over because she was taking to long. I then had 3 people hovering over me. They painted my nails horribly I am still trying to get the nail polish out of my cuticles. She shredded my skin around my nails also. She filed the top of my nails but not my nails themselves so my nails where all jagged. I noticed this after they where done because it was so awkward I had been sent to a other person to paint my nails. They tried to fix it but it made it 10 times worse. Please do not go there. The owner was so mean to this girl. Also the lady at the desk was so rude and charged my friend wrong. She brought it up and the girl gave her attitude about having to go verify which the owner said yes it was wrong. Sorry for asking you to do your job..... Please do not go there it brutal!

I personally did NOT like it there. When myself, my mom and my friend all walked in all you could smell was the chemical used for the nails, i personally did not like that because when i went to another spa i thought it was awesome. I got a manicure and the lady doing them forgot to put shellac on 2 of my finger nails. But i liked how we booked it that morning and got in 2 hours later and it took about 30 minutes for them to do our nails. I did not like how small it was i felt like the lady sitting right next to me was right on top of me, i wish the tables were a little bit feather away form each other. I payed about $40 just for my fingernails and shellac which i thought was good but after a few days they started to chip and peel off but they stayed on for a very long time which i did not like. I also do not like the location of this one because that part of Bayfeild street is very busy and hard to get out of. Thank you
