Horrible experience! Very rude receptionist. Charged too much for lousy work with too many hidden fees. I wasn't expecting to pay the same price for fill-ins as what I paid for for the acrylic nails. I didn't think it would cost that much so I had to use the ATM , because they don't take debit, and was charged 1.25 which is charged by Galaxy nails. They also charged extra for a supposed broken nail but I was sitting right there, beside my daughter, and not one extra thing was done on that nail. She(the worker) didn't even advise me that it would cost extra. The only reason why I gave 1 star is because I had to in order to leave this comment. I should have returned to Princess Nails on Mapleview where their work is fantastic and you will definately be taken care of with respect. Bad experience that will never happen again! Do not waste your money here!

I made an appointment to get gel nails done, but I needed tips because my nails were short. By the time I realized that what I was getting were acrylics and not gel, it was too late. I had asked very clearly for gel, more than once. And then, to top it off, less than three days later they're already lifting off of my nails. My mother got a French manicure with shellac, and it was horrible. Messy. Clearly not going back, and warning others to stay away.

This was a terrible experience. I took my mom here so we could have a pedicure and manicure for her birthday. The staff rushed us because they had walk-ins (we had an appointment.) I was not impressed with the way the shellac polish was applied on my nails (uneven and bumpy.) Then, when I went to pay, she charged me $40 more than advertised and when I inquired, she said that the price advertised was for the winter and Monday/Tuesday, though NOWHERE on their website did it say that! For that price, we could have gone to one of the other many nail salons in the area. Would not revisit and would not recommend to others.

This was the most disappointing manicure I have ever had. EVER. This salon is run down and dirty. I should have known when we walked in and there was wood and garbage in the front but I assumed a reno so I continued. Should have followed my instincts. The lady who did my nails was rough, didn't even try to speak to me and there was no massage at the end of it. When does that ever happen?!?!? Same price as other much better nail places in the area. Horrible place to go, save yourself the money and go somewhere else. And it was dirty too, gross.

The salon seems run down and unprofessional looking, I was forced to wait even though I made an appointment days in advance and the language barrier with the lady made it extremely hard to explain the length I wanted my nails, then they rushed and overfiled my nails leaving them sore for 2 days, I will not be returning and would not recommend their services to my friends
