I have been here to float before and it was great. I now have a groupon coupon and I have had the same experience as M. Tried to book online. Went when it was booked but locked and no one there. Called and left messages repeatedly but no return call. This is not the way to run a business.

I was given a Groupon for a float session as a birthday gift. When I tried to book my appointment the online booking feature wouldn't let me redeem the Groupon, so I reserved with my credit card and figured they could refund it when I went in. I received confirmation via email but when I went to the spa the doors were locked and the lights were out. The website specifically stated that they were to be open at 8 am, my appointment was confirmed (and charged to the cc) for 09:45, but my phone calls were not answered and emails weren't responded to. Happy Father's day to me I suppose. Once the dispute is resolved with my credit card company and I have my money back I will still need to have my Groupon either honored or refunded. Very unprofessional and I will not be keen on offering this company my business.

Great experience. The place is well kept considering the amount of humidity that such a business creates. The staff was knowledgeable, professional and appropriately friendly.

Not bad for my first go. The lounge area could be more welcoming...felt very "business waiting area". Small detail as well...the shower is not even in 1 of the rooms and anytime I stepped the door flung open lol.

Staff is friendly and welcoming, also knowledgeable about floating. The facility works well, but is a little rough around the edges, a little more attention to detail would improve the experience, but it's not a bad experience as is.
