My husband and I had been a long time customer (over 20 years) and had a couple of incidents, though they were a bit of a hassle to deal with we got our major payments in the end, minor stuff was not covered even though they said it would be.

I've seen my rates skyrocket over the years and so when my husband got the opportunity to get a quote through work from another company we jumped at the chance. The company offered a savings of over $200. We tired to contact Statefarm about this and see if they could adjust our rates, but should have known there was a problem when we had difficulty getting in touch with them. After finally getting a hold of them they refused to even try and get us a better rate. So services were canceled.

After cancellation I received a bill for nearly $400, I was told this is supposed to be for my last payment on one of the cars and a fee for breaking the Policy, but at no point did anyone actually send me a proper bill for this. When I asked for a statement I received paper work that gave no clarity on the issue and was told to call the 1-800 number and to work with head office in resolving this issue.

I called the provided 1-800 number and was told they aren't given the information I was looking for that my agent should provide me with those details.

Been with George for over 17 years. Always there when we have needed him! George and his staff have been friendly and effective anytime we have needed them.
