Visited tonight, Thursday. Ordered a flank beef dish, cooked amazingly well, so food is excellent and good value, played free pool. Not many people in due to roadworks just outside. But ...... bottled and canned beer !I ordered a Little Creatures 'Rodgers' it arrived in the smallest glass from a tiny bottle, that was a little disappointing, overall would really recommend this place for the food from a chef who loves what he does .... took time out to explain how he cooked the flank beef ... basically making a cheap cut taste like fillet ... well done Chef !!

This place shows a great deal of promise, with arguably one of the finest and most expansive beer menus in the city. What probably let things down a bit for me was the fact that the tap beer was served in a brandy balloon - why? Added to this I wasn't really blown away by the food or the venue setup. I would certainly recommend the beer menu though - exceptional!

Huge selection of beers and nice interior. The burgers we had (brisket and chicken burgers) were very filling and included lots of meat. The chicken burger was a bit too sweet for my liking and the brisket burger needed something sweet or tangy to balance the flavour. The chips were way too salty for me. 4 star rating based on drink selection. The food and food pricing let it down.
