Flat concrete, quiet park, free Wi-Fi and there are antennas everywhere, upgraded Wi-Fi available for heavy users, free cable TV, clean bathrooms and laundry, working coke machine, fair rent prices. There's a dog park. Propane available. You can also just stop by to dump your tanks if you'd like (for a nominal fee). It's also right across the street from a Valero fuel station which is nice. This place is ideal for long term stay. What else can I ask for?

The owner is very nice and accommodating. The sites are level concrete with terrific drainage, and the dog run is spacious. We had issues with other tenants, but when we informed the owner it seemed he took swifter action than reckoned. Beyond the traditional amenities, he has propane service on site, and terrific Wi-Fi even in the back of the park. All in all a good place if you need to be in Tyler.

The owner is great, very hospitable.

The accommodations are really good, free Wi-Fi (pay for high speed streaming), Showers, laundry, large dog park, easy park navigation (can handle very large vehicles), level concrete pads, propane fill tank, across the street from a gas station, if you just need to dump and fill your tanks there's a spot for that too. The place is clean and well taken care of.

If I was going say anything negative it would be a because it could use a little more green space. It could use more spaces in general, it's busy, and rightfully so. The owner, Doug, tries to keep 1 or 2 spaces open for pop-ins but you should call ahead to reserve.
