Had lunch there yesterday. Because of a “last minute catering order” we waited 35 min. for our order. Once the dishes arrived I realized that they were halfheartedly prepared. The broccoli was virtually raw. I had to ask for sauces. The food was tasteless. I have been at this restaurant over the years. But quality has steadily declined. This was definitely y last visit.

I’m so so upset will never never bring my business here Worse place to eat, order never got to the table on time waited over 40 minutes after my daughter got her food and when I asked the waiter what took them so long to bring my order and my wife and my oldest daughter he was surprised that I still had not gotten my order and I asked to speak to a manager and manager Valerie came but all she said was sorry and the excuse she gave me was so cheap and promised me that my food was coming out in 10 minutes now keep mind now I have been waiting for 30 minutes and I got my order 20 minutes after speaking with Valerie (manager) she ignored my complain and then when I finally got my food it was cold and the fried rice was hard so I asked to speak again with Valarie (manager) and she ignored me and had the cooker come to my table and speak to me, what kind of customer service is that plus they charge me for an order I didn't even get! not a happy customer & definitely don't recommend this place!!

The reason for the Negative reviews is because they have a Recently Fired manager name Mike Walsh from Cheesecake Factory in Brandon FL. Mike worked at Cheesecake factory for 10 years. he was a liar, a thief, stole from the company. did drugs with employees. promoted fellow drug users and ruined Brandon Cheesecake kitchen. I was a dish washer there in 2014/2015. i complained to corporate but they brushed it off and called me a liar. finally in 2016 he stole $70,000 from the company and was fired. he lost his retirement money as part of settlement to not go to jail. he then lied on his application to P.F Changs and got a manager job. they made a big mistake.

I love P.F. Chang’s normally. I went to west shore restaurant tonight and the spicy chicken was different. I always order lettuce wraps and the chicken. I even asked the bartender if they had changed the recipe and she was unsure. Was not what I was craving. 😩. I told my husband tonight that not sure if I will go back.
