You don't know how to search for DVM's by their license number, that is shocking. Ultimately my dog is going to go without medication because of the incompetence of this pharmacy. Thank you oh so much.

Had a prescription, called in a refill, their system said it was submitted. No response when it was supposed to be ready, called the store: "Oh, the system failed that one. You want to call in and talk to a person to do a refill."

okay...

She ordered (allegedly) the medication. "It'll be in tomorrow". Color me shocked when they called and I got a snotty "yeah it didn't come in. Sorry"

medications are provided by doctors for a reason.

Transferred the prescription to another CVS, which has never had the refill or ordering issues.

Called this store to cancel the refill and got a "oh, okay. whatever"

Save your sanity... go elsewhere for your meds.

I have always had a great experience here, even though it's usually for a bathroom break on the way to my next appointment (I'm a Realtor with Lombardo Real Estate). Sometimes I'll pick up a drink or quick snack, but the important things are definitely there: friendly staff, clean store and restrooms, and convenient location and parking lot.
