The nurses are super nice but office staff doesn't even notice you when you come in. I checked in with the kiosk and missed the last box to check in. I waited 45 mins then asked to make sure I was checked in. They made me wait to pull a report to see if it logged me in and sure enough it didn't. Made me reschedule after waiting an hour for my appointment. I understand it was my mistake but it's crazy that not one of the 4 staff sitting in the front noticed me in an empty waiting room sitting for 45 mins. Then the doctor refused to see me. All those empty chair must be keeping him busy.

The staff is caring and always on point 1 of the best experiences I have had since moving to Florida and leaving my Doctor of 20 years although it took 3 different Doctor's in 3 different offices but I was finally able to meet Dr. Kolanko.
Dr. Kolanko is very caring, understand and always try to help his patients in whatever is needed till you the patient is satisfied and feeling better. He's a young Doctor with Old Doctors values and kindness. if your looking for Great Doctor you should see Dr. Kolanko.

Dr. Panchal is the most compassionate physician I have found in many years. I became her patient after my previous primary care physician retired. She has helped me with various medical conditions throughout the years. She listens to you and provides excellent care. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Dhaliwal is a new PCP in this practice, while Dr. Skaife has moved to another location.
I checked in as a new patient at TGMG Lois, while the friendly office staff explained the consent forms, and processed my copay. I had a short wait upon completing the new patient paperwork. The waiting room is large and clean, rather than cramped and stuffy like some other doctor offices I have experienced.
I was called back to an exam room, which also appeared very clean. The nurse took my vital signs and confirmed my reason for the visit. One concern I presented prompted her to ask if I could provide a urine sample. I hardly had a wait for Dr. Dhaliwal to come in the room. When she did, she offered a very warm greeting, and I immediately felt at ease. Within 10 minutes, the nurse was back with the results of the UA... now, that's efficient!!
Dr. Dhaliwal has a very caring demeanor, and treated me with respect and dignity. I had multiple complaints, but she never made me feel rushed or like she wasn't listening. She addressed every single issue I brought up. She explained everything she was doing as she did it, and provided me with thorough information on my condition. She gave me a plan for care and ensured I was comfortable with it and understood it. We discussed when I would need to see her next, and she advised that she would like to see me sooner if the treatment was not working, symptoms got worse, etc. I appreciated knowing she cared about my improvement and would work with me if my care plan needed to be adjusted. She seems to really want to follow through with her patients, and to help them be at their most optimal health. Thank you, Dr. Dhaliwal, for making this a positive experience! I will certainly continue to see Dr. Dhaliwal as my PCP.
