I have been calling all day just to get scheduled. I spoke to a women on he phone at 830 who promised to call me right back to get my son on the schedule. By noon I had not heard back so I called and nobody answered. I called again at 245 still no answer. I called from my husbands phone at 4 and she picked up but as soon as she heard my voice she hung up on me. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. It should not be this difficult just to get scheduled for a test.

I'm not sure how you can be a great physician if you don't respond to patients in need. I called 3 times and left 3 different messages over a 2 week period and never received a callback. There was nothing on the answering machine to indicate they were out, away, on vacation, etc. Sadly responding to patients in need is not a priority for this office and unless I see or hear otherwise that speaks volumes...Not trying to assassinate the character or skills of Dr. Hardin but I had a need for care and that need was never responded to so I have no other choice but to leave 1-star and say that if you have a patient in need don't expect a response from this office.
Update--I just got a call back 2 days after writing this--perhaps reviews and ratings work. It took awhile and I already went to another office but I want to be fair. Again I cannot vouch for their skills but I am upping my rating from 1 to 3 stars because their response time was really, really bad and I have no clinical experience with the Dr.

I absolutely love Dr. Hardin and so does my son. In the battle of trying to figure out what is wrong with my son she has definitely been Heaven sent for my family.
