The staff was friendly and professional. Yes, some of them have thick accents, but all of them are understandable in English and this is America, the salad bowl. We need to expect to encounter people from all over. I never had problems contacting them over the phone, making or changing appointments, etc.. My insurance did not cover all of my charges and they have been very patient and willing to work with me while I get them paid for the balance. All in all, a good experience.

Had an ultra sound, was diagnosed with a condition that is treatable, but also is not an infection. But the doctor gives me an antibiotic? I have been in the medical field for the past 10 years, and in all of my experience & training... this makes no sense.
