The food is lovely but last night I noticed the lady who was handling raw fish just rinsed her hand after (no soap) and dried it on her top. I saw her do this twice so looks like a habit. Her top would be full of bacteria. Fortunately she only seemed to be handling the uncooked stuff and the other lady served my food. I know this place has a 5 star hygiene rating so I was surprised.

You really need to think about how long people are kept waiting because your food is good but I am put off waiting 20mins for fish and chips Because shop was not busy no excuse and it was lunch time just don't ask what people want frying guess what the chances are they want fish so always have at least 4 fish cooked ready to serve might help !!!!!
