Great gym have showers and disabled showers and changing room clean and quiet a few there so won't have to worry for the wait changing room is massive great place not eaten there but herd great feed back from the cafeteria area.

I have been a One Card member for the past 3yrs.
I've always found the majority of the staff very friendly.
All of the instructors make you feel very welcome and are very good at understanding your needs.
I would recommend anyone who asks to join this fitness centre.

Come along and become a part of the gym family.

Everyone should look after their own well being.

After completing a gym challenge and topping the leaderboard which was subsequently signed off by an instructor, I was confronted by a blonde female instructor who I understand organises these monthly competitions who accused me of cheating and questioned my form even though she was not present on the day as she did not want to accept I was the genuine winner! She obviously has an attitude issue and wanted to assert her authority and over-ride the original instructors decision who was more than happy towards my performance. When I approached management to voice my concerns towards this individuals approach and lack of manners towards a customer focus they backed up their staff member and attempted to overlook the facts! These guys have dealt with this matter unfairly and clearly haven't heard of the the statement "the customer is always right"-staff need to learn some manners and listen to customers, after all without gym users you won't have a job to come to! In short think of a trial before signing up or better still try alternative gyms as based on this experience and some others on here, you may regret it otherwise!

Recent new build so everything is in good order and clean. Lots of different facilities, great G4 astroturf full size football pitch. Could be bigger pool, not much in the way of refreshments (shop recently shut)
